Product Management for IoT – I’ve been in your shoes
I’m a former head of products for Industrial IoT, turned IoT product coach.
With nearly 20 years of experience in industries ranging from Manufacturing to Aerospace to Energy and more, I know what it takes to build IoT products. And believe me, I’ve made all the mistakes in the book.
Throughout my career, I’ve observed a set of patterns every company starting with IoT struggles with. That’s why I created the IoT Decision Framework, a structured approach Product Leaders can use to avoid blind spots and manage IoT products with confidence.
Today I teach this framework to companies around the world through my online courses and at Stanford University.
I’ve trained over 1,200 professionals from some of the top IoT companies in the world on how to make sense of IoT and how to work with their teams to gain alignment, influence, trust, and ultimately launch successful IoT products to market.
I understand how complicated and confusing IoT is. That’s why I’ve created a lot of resources to help you on your journey. You can learn about my IoT Decision Framework and courses below.
