Product Management for Enterprise Software – I’ve been in your shoes
With over 20 years of experience in industries ranging from Manufacturing to Aerospace to Energy and more, I know what it takes to build Enterprise software products. I’ve done it at startups and big companies alike, including in my role of Head of Products at Stem (an energy storage startup in Silicon Valley), and VP, head of IoT for North America at Ericsson.
I’ve also coached many companies, big and small, and I’ve trained over 1,500 Product Leaders around the world via my online courses, corporate workshops, and my classes at Stanford University.
My goal is to help Enterprise Product Leaders uplevel their teams on what it takes to build successful enterprise software solutions with a special focus on SaaS and Industrial IoT.
Throughout my career, I’ve observed a set of patterns every company starting with IoT struggles with. That’s why I created the IoT Decision Framework, a structured approach Product Leaders can use to avoid blind spots and build connected products with confidence.
I understand how complicated and confusing IoT is. That’s why I’ve created a lot of resources to help you on your journey. You can learn about my IoT Decision Framework and IoT courses for Product Managers below.
