For most companies, product innovation is a black box, resulting in frustrated Product teams and millions of dollars wasted on products that nobody needs.

Who is this for?

If you are a B2B Product Manager, Leader, or Innovator who:

→ Is frustrated trying to piece together an approach to building new B2B products, but all you find is advice for B2C.

Wants to escape from a “fire, fire, aim” approach to innovation. But you struggle to convince stakeholders about why (and how) to engage with customers.

This free workshop is for you!

Got Questions? I’ve Got Answers

Is this workshop live?

No. This is the recording of a previously live workshop. But you’ll get the exact same content as if it were live, and you can enjoy it in your own time.

I’m not sure this workshop is for me. Can you explain who this is for?

If you are a Product Manager, Product Leader, or Innovator working on a new enterprise software or IoT solution in a B2B context and you are looking for a step-by-step approach to reduce risk and align your stakeholders, then this workshop is for you!

We are already building our product. Will I learn anything new here?

Yes! You’ll learn the various stages of the innovation journey and the gates to move from one stage to the next. You can use that knowledge to ensure your team hasn’t skipped any critical steps. Your ability to catch problems early can be the difference between a successful and a failed product.

A note from Daniel…

(your personal guide through the B2B Innovation Journey)

Early in my PM career, I built a failed product. It was devastating to put so much effort into building a fantastic technological solution to a problem nobody had.

Looking back, I can clearly see where we went wrong. But back then, I didn’t have the knowledge or the tools to navigate the innovation journey.

After this failed launch, I made it my mission to understand how to reduce the risk of building new B2B products. And I’ve spent the last 20 years working to figure it out.

After several product executive roles and working with thousands of PMs as a trainer and coach, I’ve distilled my years of experience into my book, The B2B Innovator’s Map, and into this workshop.

I’m very excited to share everything I’ve learned so you can avoid the same pitfalls and gain the confidence to lead your company through the innovation journey.
